A poignant and uplifting film. The photography is amazing considering the circumstances, and the editing superb. This film is not just for the cycling enthusiast, it has something for everyone; my parents raved about it and they haven't seen a saddle since childhood.

A truly lovely, honest and interesting film. I saw this last weekend as the finale to the Adventure Film Festival in Dorset - couldn\'t have asked for a better end to a fantastic weekend, though trying to see to drive home through moist eyes was tricky! Had the added bonus of Tom sitting in front of us for the Omidvar Brothers screening too.

This is a travel film with a twist - I\'ve been recommending it to everyone I know...

Janapar is much more than your typical travel/adventure film. It’s a coming of age story chronicling one man’s struggle to choose the best road in life.

Tom’s candid real-time narration gives an honest glimpse into the challenges faced by solo cycle tourers. He’s managed to capture decisive moments of his journey, holding nothing back.

The cinematography is at times spectacular, with sweeping shots of Tom slogging through the Sahara.
With her natural charm and beauty, it’s really Tenny that steals the show. Her determination and strength are inspirational.

Janapar is a great film to get you into the head of an adventurer. AND it’s a good old-fashioned love story with a happy ending.

Wow! I saw this film on friday night at Horizons Unlimited near Derby. It just blew me away!! If it is not being screened near you travel to see it. This is a tale of several jouneys for Tom, a physical journey, a mental journey AND an emotional journey (read:- rollercoaster!!). Tom, I hope Tenny had done a good job of the veg plot - I cant help thinking she would have had more fun at the HUBB event though! Really sorry I didnt get round to buying your book and DVD at the event but I had to leave (really) early on the Sunday morning. I am hoping to catch the film again and bring my wife with menext time. There are not many (if any) films that i would dash out to see again! Congratulations and all the best for the future whatever it may hold for you both. James

Not what I expected. This is a personal journey shared, with a real human slant. Made me reflect on things that have passed and look forward to my next adventure. Loved your your naivety at the start of your trip and how it developed and pushed you in directions that you never saw coming.
Made me happy and sad and as I said not what I expected, but an adventure never is! Live the journey don\'t look for the destination.

Adventure in the truest sense of the word from an extraordinary ordinary bloke.

The big name \'adventurers\' could learn a lot from this. Whilst I admire their achievements, I found this tale truly humbling.

I bought the full package (DVD, Book, and Downloads) and I\'d recommend anyone else to do the same. It\'s worth noting that the book is an excellent complement to the film and offers a genuinely different perspective on the story; unlike many other adventure stories where once you\'ve read/seen one you don\'t have to see/read the other. There is plenty in the book which doesn\'t appear on the film, and vice-versa, so the whole package is excellent value for money and keeps on giving. Excellent work.

A definition of true priorities and a spine-tingling catalyst for what will be hundreds of adventures around the world for unsuspecting viewers. It takes great strength to share such a personal story and skill and collaboration to produce such a beautiful film. Hugely inspiring, don't miss it.
