Returns and refunds
If anything you buy from us has a fault, or your parcel or its contents is damaged, we’ll send out a replacement right away, or refund you in full — no hassles, no questions asked. Contact us about the problem, letting us know which you’d prefer.
Pricing and Discounts
Voucher codes only work for products purchased online at janapar.com. These discounts don’t apply to delivery charges. We may change prices without notification.
We use Royal Mail First Class for UK shipping and Airmail for overseas. Royal Mail’s delivery times refer to the date of dispatch, not the date of ordering. For things out of stock, we will let you know within 3 working days of receiving the order. Payment for goods will (under normal circumstances) be taken immediately.
We regret that we can’t accept cheques right now — it’s Paypal only, or in cash at our events. Sorry.
If there is no-one at home, Royal Mail should leave you a card to re-arrange delivery. You can use the ‘order notes’ field to supply an alternative address (e.g. a neighbour) that can receive the parcel on your behalf.
Delivery of orders to UK addresses typically takes 1 to 3 working days from when the order was placed, if the item is in stock.
Delivery to Europe typically takes 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.
Delivery to the rest of the world can take longer. This really depends on where the parcel is headed, but 2 weeks is typical.
For overseas delivery, additional local duty and taxes may be required to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods. For low-value stuff like DVDs and books, this is unlikely. But it might happen!
